The work I do today began with a moment of clarity in the middle of survival.
I realized something many people who have experienced trauma eventually discover: before you can change the world, you have to save yourself.
Finding my voice was not easy. It meant facing painful truths, setting boundaries, and refusing to stay silent about things that should never have been accepted.
But once I did, something shifted.
I began to see how many people were still searching for their own voice. People who had been told to stay quiet. People who had been doubted. People who had been made to feel powerless.
My goal is not to “save” anyone. No one can do that for another person. What I can do is create space, resources, and conversations that help people realize something powerful:
You are allowed to speak.
You are allowed to protect yourself.
You are allowed to change the course of your life.
